Shipping Coverage

  • We currently only ship within Canada. At this time, we do not offer international shipping or shipping to PO boxes.

  • Orders $99 and above: FREE shipping

Express Shipping

  • Available for an additional $14.99 regardless of order value
  • Delivery within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays)

Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
  • Remote/rural areas may require additional 2-3 business days
  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed
  • Business days exclude weekends and holidays

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days
  • You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships
  • Order processing times may increase during peak seasons and promotional periods

Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship to PO boxes

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation
  • Damaged packages must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
  • Please keep all original packaging for claims processing
  • Take photos of any damaged packages before opening them

Address Accuracy

  • Additional fees may apply for address changes after order processing
  • Orders returned due to incorrect addresses may incur re-shipping fees
